Brglez Francek (09.04.1922 – 25.10.1997)

Slovenian Correspondence Grandmaster (1979). International ICCF Arbiter (1970) and vice ICCF president (1985-1995). European CC Champion 1967-1970 also finished 7^th at the 17^th World CC Championship and  5^th at Vidmar Memorial 1975-1978. In 1995 we was awarded the Bertl von Massow Medal for his achievement.
