Pokorna Regina (18.01.1982)

Slovakian Women’s Grandmaster. Silver medalist at the World Girls U12 in 1994. Bronze medalist at the World Girls U10 in 1992, at the World Girls U14 in 1997 and European Girls U10 Champion in 1992 and U20 Champion in 1999. Many times Slovakian Youth Champion.

Winner at Rijeka 2001 and 2002, Krk (CRO) in 2004, Mediterranean Flower 2005 and Jakarta in 2007. She played for the National Women’s Team Nice when she was 16 years old.

A participant in seven Women’s Olympiads since 1998.

Best ELO: 2429 in 2001, she was the thirty-second world’s best ranked player in 2003.
