Russian International Master (2004) and Woman Grandmaster (2002).
Nadezhda came second in the 2005 European Women’s Championship. World U14 Champion in 1998. European Girls U10 Champion in 1995, European Girls U12 Champion in 1997, European Girls U20 Champion in 2000. She was twice the bronze medalist at the World Junior Chess Championship (Girls, Under-20) in 2001 and 2002. Women Russian Champion in 2008, she was also Russian U12 Girls Champion 1997 and Vice Russian U20 Champion 1998. She also came second in the 2006 Russian women championship and third in the Women European individual championship in 2007. Nadezhda was a member of the national team between 2004 and 2012 which has won the Women European Team Championships in 2007 and 2009 and the 2010 Women Olympiad.

Nadezhda is the sister Tatiana Kosintseva and both were coached by Yury Dokhoyan. In 2012, Nadezhda Kosintseva married the German Grandmaster Leonid Kritz and moved to the United States to study.
Peak rating: 2578 in 2010, she was then the highest Russian woman rated.
